Problems. The result of Somali civil war.. It has localised Authorities in a regional freedoms and sporadic. There are no physical, social, economic structures because it is the result of the civil war.

With regard of the above-mentioned problems, Somali families and communities have faced a scenario where they couldn't provide protection to their children from the violence, abuse, exploitation and discrimination due to war and poverty as well as the communities in general. The most vulnerable people are those who came from Minorities.

Lack of protection for the Vulnerable groups especially Women and Children has many consequences on their well being such as reduced live expectance, poor physical and mental health, reduced access to education/Health, homelessness, displacement and sense of hopelessness about their life and future.

The education infrastructure an especially School building has occupied by Internal displaced people and some of them were looted. The teachers fled to the neighbouring countries seeking refugee status, others went to the abroad particularly Western countries for seeking good and stable life.

At the moment, In two regions Jubbaland and villages there is about 10% students who continue their education in make shift house due to the lack of the rehabilitation of the former school building. But more than 70% students no have education and good teachers in that regions.

There is lack of school in this Jubbaland region.

Lack of basic health services particularly PHC, which stipulated in the Human rights instruments especially Universal declaration of Human rights and child rights covenant Etc. There is a scarcity of Health Services in the area. The main decease that found in the area are consists the following:

•  Malaria

•  Bilharzias

•  Diarrhoea.

•  Anaemia.

•  Skin infection.

•  STD/HIV/AIDS

•  Intestinal parasites.

•  Lowe/Upper respiratory Infections.

•  Suspected TB.

•  Others.

Among the effects of the protracted period of insecurity in Somalia , is the considerable destruction to public utilities, notably: schools, roads, water and public sanitation facilities.

Not surprisingly, the occurrence of water-borne and water related diseases has increased tremendously throughout the country.  

The immediate effects of central problem for water in Somalia were identified as :  

•  Women and children travelling long distances for water.

•  Livestock and herdsmen travelling long distances for water.

•  Concentration of humans and livestock on few remaining water-points.

•  Pollution of water sources.

Now all in Jubbaland regions no have media, we need help people media freedom.
